Dr. Rahul Agarwal is a physician-executive with over 25 years in healthcare, and a track record of building customer and go-to-market organizations for some of the industry's most influential AI and SaaS platforms. Rahul brings firsthand fluency across the healthcare ecosystem, with experience spanning provider operations, payer partnerships, and medical device and health tech vendor relationships built over two decades as both a hospital executive and a healthcare technology leader. Most recently, as Chief Customer Officer at Hippocratic AI, he guided safe, enterprise-scale adoption of generative AI in clinical settings.
Before Hippocratic AI, Rahul led enterprise Client Success at TeleTracking Technologies, partnering with health systems across the U.S. and Canada — including 8 of the 10 largest health systems in the U.S. — as the company began a major platform transformation onto Palantir's AI infrastructure. He spent nearly eight years at Qventus as one of its earliest leaders, and 15 years in health system executive leadership at Mercy Health — giving him a rare, operator-level understanding of how health systems run, invest, and make decisions.
Rahul holds an MBBS from Pune University, an MBA and a Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) from Arizona State University, and completed executive education at Harvard Business School in Global Healthcare Delivery. He is based in Palo Alto, CA.
Outside of work, Rahul is a certified SCUBA diver and avid outdoorsman, with a passion for hiking, whitewater rafting, and gardening. His wife is a hospital pharmacist; their older daughter recently graduated with a degree in Oceanography, and their younger daughter is a junior in high school.
