Pallaw has 20+ years’ experience of creating and transforming businesses in some of the world's largest companies through AI and data capabilities. With extensive technical expertise in all aspects of product and customer lifecycles, he has led large, diverse, high-performing, global teams that have created significant business value by leveraging modern AI systems, data platforms and processing infrastructure, and software engineering.
Prior to Accellor, Pallaw was the SVP, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Cisco, where he led Cisco's enterprise-wide data and AI strategy and execution. His team was responsible for key data and AI products across Cisco globally, including Generative AI platform and key use cases, Data Platforms and Engineering, Enterprise level Metrics, and Master Data and Governance. Previously, Pallaw was the Chief Data Science Officer at Johnson and Johnson (J&J). His team was focused on improving revenue, cost, and asset productivity by leveraging data and AI across the company. He represented J&J on the Innovation Board of GS1—a global standards body. Before J&J, Pallaw was the Chief Marketing and Analytics Officer for Sears Holdings, where he led all aspects of data and AI for the large retail companies driving growth, loyalty, and profitability. Previously, Pallaw spent 10+ years with Microsoft leading large data and AI teams to improve outcomes in sales, marketing, services, and engineering.
A renowned leader in Data and AI with many CXO roles in world-class companies, Pallaw's work has been recognized with numerous awards and patents. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Raipur, India, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
